Job Duties:

Have
leadership responsibility for achieving objectives through the development and execution of an overall quality strategy,
including responsibility for the quality function, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction through continuous
improvement

Review all corrective action reports and follow up to assess their
effectiveness

Work closely with other departments to drive continuous
improvement

Assure all quality documents are strictly adhered
to

Manage and supervise quality engineering and document control personnel including hiring, performance management and communication of work objectives and
strategies

Perform related duties as
necessary
Requirement:

A
bachelor degree in engineering or other technical discipline with extensive experience and demonstrated success in a relevant manufacturing, engineering and quality or management
position
-
Background in
industrial adhesives manufacturing is highly
preferred
-
Additional requirements include knowledge, skill and/or abilities in the
Statistical Process Control techniques and
software
-
Familiarity with global customer requirements and
expectations
-
Comprehensive understanding of quality systems; superior interpersonal, team, leadership and communication
skills
-
The ability to accomplish objectives through others without the benefit of a formal reporting relationship is also
required
HEALTH
AND SAFETY ENGINEER
Job
Duties:
-
Have
leadership responsibility for the execution of day-to-day safety and health policies, practices and procedures in support of the
operations, include: provide direct and indirect support to manufacturing operations to assist them in meeting the company safety
goals
-
Assist in the investigation of safety incidents and provide leadership and management for Worker Compensation
claims
-
Coordinate and conduct OSHA safety
training
-
Provide guidance to engineering to ensure processes meet or exceed safety regulations and
objectives
-
Coordinate and conduct safety audits and inspections, hygiene monitoring and safety committee
meetings
-
Assist with regulatory monitoring and
reporting
-
Maintain internal regulatory documentation or tracking for training, Material Safety Data Sheets, RoHS and other
programs
-
Perform related duties as
necessary
Requirement:
-
A four-year degree in Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Biological Sciences with two plus previous years experience in a health and safety support role, preferably within a manufacturing
environment
-
Additional training in respirator use, spill response and ergonomics is
desirable
-
The successful candidate will also possess knowledge, skills and/or abilities in OSHA regulations, toxicology; chemistry; excellent computer skills; project management and will have superior communication and team
skills
ASSOCIATE
PRODUCT ENGINEER
Job Duties:
-
Specifying, documenting, costing and commercializing products for the
Abrasive Adhesives industry; monitoring quality, improving yield, optimizing product costs, developing FMEA and control plans and writing technical
documents
-
Being the Voice of the Customer while interacting with all functions associated with the factory including manufacturing, planning, quality, process engineering, purchasing, sales,
etc.
-
Leading and participating in NPI and CAR
teams
Requirement:
-
A technical degree with up to five years experience in a web-based manufacturing environment. Chemical Engineering or Material Science degree with failure analysis experience using SEM, EDX and FTIR would be
desirable
-
The successful candidate will possess knowledge, skills and/or abilities in statistical tools; systematic problem solving methods; quality systems; materials manufacturing processes; leadership/facilitation and customer support with the willingness to travel
internationally
PURCHASER
Job Duties:
-
Responsibility to perform a variety of purchasing activities in support of the factory to achieve execution of the master production schedule and supply
operations, include:
-
identify purchased goods
requirements
-
work closely with suppliers to achieve targets for on-time delivery, adherence to specifications, cost and inventory;
-
taking appropriate action on problem situations;
-
obtain quotes; examine bids and award contractors;
-
enter and place purchase orders;
-
coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, engineering and other departments to maintain inventory at planned
levels
-
Perform related duties as
assigned
Requirement:
-
A high school diploma; technical college degree preferred with three to five years experience in an electronic industry and demonstrated success in a purchasing or related role within a manufacturing global operation.

Additional requirements include a strong understanding of the supply chain management process.

The successful candidate will also possess superior organizational, interpersonal, team player, problem solving and computer skills.
